"Creative Arts?" "Creative economy?" What are they drinking in Augusta? Now that I'm signed up to get e-mail alerts on these stupid bonds, I see that there is no end to them . . . I was under the impression typically we had to contend with a low number of bonds for a lot of future debt. But no---it's a non-ending stream of bonds for a non-ending stream of debt at taxpayers' expense. If the private donors and foundations don't want to support this nonsense, we certainly should not be forced to. Another good kill.
